Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of MTZ Studio. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
The service
MTZ Studio provides tools to import, inspect, edit, combine and export compatible Xiaomi MTZ theme files. Results can differ by device, MIUI or HyperOS version, theme format and installed system apps. MTZ Studio is independent software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Xiaomi.
Accounts and online verification
You must use a valid account and maintain internet access for Free or PRO authorization. You are responsible for your account and activity. We may suspend or disable accounts involved in fraud, abuse, attacks, automated misuse or attempts to bypass purchase verification.
Your content and rights
You keep ownership of files you create or import. You must have permission to use, modify and distribute every theme, image, icon, font, sound and other work you process. The app does not grant rights to third-party content. You must not use MTZ Studio to infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights.
Free version, advertising and PRO
The Free version may show advertisements and require rewarded advertising for designated actions. PRO features and the one-time purchase price are shown in the Google Play purchase screen before payment. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to its payment, cancellation and refund rules. A purchase grants access only while Google Play and the MTZ Studio backend confirm that it is valid and belongs to your account.
Device changes and backups
Theme editing can produce files that are incompatible with a particular device or software version. Keep backups of original files and review exports before sharing or applying them. You are responsible for changes made with exported themes.
Availability and updates
We may introduce maintenance, require a minimum app version, modify features or discontinue parts of the service. Online verification means an outage or connection failure can temporarily prevent access.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the service to bypass authorization, forge purchase or integrity results, interfere with the backend, probe other users’ data, distribute malware, or use the app in violation of law.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every MTZ will work on every device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTZ Studio is not liable for indirect loss, lost files, device customization issues or third-party content claims arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, fraud, security risk or legal requirement.
